Shipping Times & Deposit
for Cosmic Mandalas

Creating a handmade mandala is a very demanding and intensive process that requires a lot of work and dedication. For this reason, we ask our clients who wish to receive this fascinating transcendental art to pay a 50% deposit in advance. The balance can be paid upon receipt of the mandala. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or Pix. You will receive all necessary information in your email.

The production of your personalized mandala can take between 14 and 30 days. As soon as your mandala is ready, we will prepare it for shipment by mail or parcel service. To avoid delays, please make sure that your address is correct and complete.

Return & Exchange

Of course, you can return products that you do not like within 14 days of receipt. However, please note the exceptions and conditions below:

Custom Cosmic Mandalas are non-returnable.
Digital purchases cannot be returned.
Subscriptions can be cancelled up to the date specified in the contract, depending on the term chosen. Refunds are not available for subscription periods that have already begun.

Return policy

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
Once the return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days.

Digital Products

After your purchase, you can download your digital product directly from the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email with the download link, which is valid for 30 days. If you have any problems or need a new link, please contact us.

Participation Requirements Ceremonies & Retreats

Terms of payment

The participation fee must be paid immediately after registering for the Ayahuasca ceremony. You will receive an email with the anamnesis questionnaire and a payment link containing further information. Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, PIX, or bank transfer. Once your payment has been received, we will confirm it via email.

All further details about the ceremony and the exact process will be provided after your anamnesis questionnaire has been successfully reviewed.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you are unable to attend the event or have changed your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. This will allow us to reallocate your space and allow other interested parties to attend.

If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the event, we will refund 100% of the participation fee.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the event or fail to attend without prior notice, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the participation fee as compensation for incurred expenses. This is because the spot cannot be reassigned at such short notice, and the preparation, as well as all organizational efforts, require significant time and resources.

Please notify us in writing by email to info@cosmicdimension.com of any cancellations or refusals for the event in question. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and refund your deposit within 14 days.
